If you have run a lab, you already know the pattern. A new technician arrives full of energy. Twelve weeks later, half the cohort has gone, and the half that stayed have been signed off on competencies that nobody is fully confident they actually have.
The fix is not another course. It is a way of capturing real work, scoring it against the methods your lab already uses, and producing evidence of competence as the work happens.
That is what Labredi does. We will write more about how and what we have learned from the beta partners doing it with us. For now, this is the first article. There will be more.
