What is in the early beta?
The standard operating procedure speed-to-competence workflow: create the SOP, shadow, do supervised, do solo, audit. All with evidence capture and progress tracking, plus role-based dashboards for apprentices, mentors, auditors and coaches, in-app messaging and reporting with PDF, Excel and CSV exports.
Is Labredi a learning management system?
No. An LMS organises courses; Labredi runs the SOP itself. Apprentices shadow, perform supervised and work solo with evidence captured at each step and signed off by the auditor. The output is the audit trail, not a course completion. The two work alongside each other.
Does Labredi connect to my LIMS or ELN?
Not yet. The early beta is focused on the SOP workflow, evidence capture and sign-off. Connectors to LIMS, ELN and other lab systems are on the roadmap. For now Labredi runs alongside whatever you already use.
What is Labredi Intelligence?
The next phase of the platform. Voice-first natural-language AI, automated nudges, recertification pathways, WhatsApp and email digests, and integrations with the systems your lab already runs on. All built on top of the evidence captured during the SOP workflow.
How long does onboarding take?
For a beta partner, three to six weeks from kick-off to first apprentice live on Labredi. The variation is mostly down to how clean your SOP definitions already are.
Who owns the data Labredi captures?
You do. Records are exportable in standard formats at any time. Labredi uses anonymised aggregates during the beta to improve the platform; the underlying records remain yours.
How is my data protected?
Labredi is built secure by design, not by exception. Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, GDPR-aligned data handling, full activity logs, UK-controlled hosting and SSO-ready authentication. Audit logs are produced as a side effect of the workflow rather than a separate exercise.
How does Labredi handle audits?
Auditor-readiness is a primary use case. Sign-off workflows, comments and timestamps logged at every approval, mobile-friendly access for off-site reviews, automated reminders for overdue items, and print-friendly SOP exports. Auditors can be granted scoped access; the export comes with the underlying records.
Is the platform AI-first?
Yes, in the meaningful sense. Labredi Intelligence reads from the evidence captured during the workflow to produce explainable insight. Every claim points back to the work that supports it. Competence scores are evidence based.
How is Labredi priced?
Pricing will be published once the commercial model is confirmed after the beta.
Where does Labredi run?
Labredi uses UK-based hosting on UK-controlled infrastructure. Other options will be available once we move to full production.
